No. They are included on every plan, including Free. Usage is limited by your plan quotas (keys, seats, and MT credits), not by a separate tool license.
Machine translation draws from purchased character credit packs (for example $10 per 250,000 characters). Credits are one-time packs managed in organization billing.
Yes. Organization owners can upgrade or downgrade a paid plan at any time from the Subscriptions page. Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing handled by Creem. When you downgrade, we do not issue cash refunds. Any unused portion of your current plan is applied as account credit toward future invoices, in line with Creem’s proration rules.
No. LingPie does not offer refunds for subscription downgrades or unused plan time. Downgrades adjust your future charges through proration credits instead of returning money to your payment method.
Yes. Toggle annual billing on this page to see the effective monthly rate when billed yearly. Paid checkout supports monthly and annual intervals.
Open your organization’s Subscriptions page and click “Open billing portal” to go to Creem’s customer portal. There you can cancel your plan. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period—you keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again for the next cycle. Purchased machine-translation (MT) character credits are consumable and are not refundable.
Payments are processed by Creem. After you have an active subscription, go to your organization’s Subscriptions page and click “Open billing portal” (top right). In Creem’s customer portal you can view billing history, download invoices, update payment details, change or cancel your subscription, and manage other billing settings.
